This section details the type of support that will be available to organisations and the form in which the support will be provided. The type of support that individual organisations receive will vary but will mainly depend upon the results of the RAT (Readiness Assessment Tool) assessment. Individual action plans will be produced following the RAT assessment, to ensure that the right type of support is offered.
The support programme has been designed to be demand led in order to ensure that it is relevant and based on actual needs. We will also include support to help your organisation sustain your project beyond the lifetime of LDA funding.
What support will be available?
Dedicated support from your Contract / Project Manager
Your LDA Contract / Project Manager should be your main point of contact. S/he will meet with you on a regular basis and will be available to discuss all of your support needs. S/he will work with the LDA’s Capacity Building (CB) partners to ensure that any essential support needs identified via the RAT assessment process, is provided for your project.
One to one support

Workshops
Our CB partners will be delivering a comprehensive range of workshops to cover a variety of project management, development, and organisational themes. We will aim to deliver workshops that meet the majority of projects’ needs. Where you have specialist requirements, these must be discussed first with your Contract / Project Manager. Green Economy, Equalities and Town Centres Networks
The website also provides an opportunity for you to network with other organisations funded by the LDA. You will be able to set up discussion forums with colleagues from other organisations, seek advice, offer ideas and provide comments about a range of issues affecting your project.
